Celebrating AGAIN

Saturday was Judson's REAL birthday and I was set on doing SOMETHING FUN!  I'm that mean mom that ALWAYS tells her kids that Chuck E Cheese is closed, so I decided today was the day we would go.  We ended up having a late lunch with games at Chuck E Cheese and then a quick trip to home depot, followed by a movie date to watch Planes!  We had a blast celebrating this guys BIG #2!  And to any other fun hater moms out there Chuck E Cheese was clean, safe and fun!!!

The BIG #2 Party

On Friday we celebrated Judson's birthday with all of our family at the pool  Everyone had an awesome time.  It was by far one of the most relaxing birthday parties we have had.  I can't believe this guy is so BIG!  Judson got so many fun things.  Everyone knew what he would love... cash registrar, baseball, football, a bike.  He was spoiled to say the least!

Don't all 2 year old want to dive off the diving board?

Uncle Garrett knew his way to Judson's heart!!  :)

Practice

The last week of summer we got to have a pretty special 12 year old come spend the week with us.  During the day he worked with Levi and at night it was all about FOOTBALL.  I loved watching Levi work with Grayson to help get him ready for 7th grade football.  Good Luck Grayson!  We love ya and will miss you!!

Plumbing...DONE

Well the plumbing is officially finished and we are to have a slab by the end if the week!  Last weeks rain (PRAISE THE LORD) put things to a halt from Wednesday to Monday!  Some thing we will NOT complain about it!

Football

If you know Levi you know he is CRAZY about football!!  Grayson came out this week and has been working with Levi every night getting ready for his first season of school ball!  He has a great arm and he is hoping to earn the spot if QB for the 7th grade!  We have loved having him here with us and can't wait to watch him play!

Mustache

After the second big rain came we spent the day with Levi checking rain gauges and had so much fun!  Cole made us a map to follow...instructions included: check motors and rain gauges, then head straight to Dalhart for Pizza!  Sounded like a good day to us...of course we played some games and he won this amazing mustache....

Refreshing

We are so blessed by the last couple weeks and the rain fall we have received! Levi always says, " it doesn't take much, but it takes a little."  Everything is green around here and we are loving it.  It's amazing what moisture and cool days will do to this country!  It went from looking like the dead of winter to green!!  The boys loved watching the rain and enjoyed playing in it!  Here are some of our favorite rain pictures!!

XIT Junior Rodeo

The boys had a blast this year at the Junior Rodeo!  I was so proud of them, but especially Cole.  Although he didn't win this year, he tried so hard and did EVERY pattern right!  He was upset that he didn't win a trophy, but we assured him next year would be his year.  He was really excited for his Best Friend RETT WANN who won trophies and the ALL Around Buckle.  I was very proud of Cole when after his tears were dry he went and told Rett how proud he was of him.  Ahhh melted my heart.  We are trying to teach them that sometimes even though you do your best you don't win and being a good sport whether you win or lose is IMPORTANT!!

Running HOME!!
Judson had a runaway horse, straight out the arena!
Love these Boys
