Shower time FRIENDS
This little guy cracks me up! He loves his horses and "moos" and thought tonight they all needed a good washing! Judson keeps me on my toes and I never know what his little brain is going to come up with next!!

Daddy's Birthday!!
So I'm WAY late but wanted to post all these precious pics of my boys! We celebrate Levi's birthday with the boys making him a cake and of course it needed to have a bronco on it! Cole did a great job!!! I got him to take my annual birthday picture (we all do it) for his 33rd bday picture! I can't tell you how blessed we are by this man. Thank you Levi James for all you do for us! We love you!!!

Er visit
A few weeks ago after a wonderful morning making decisions at the "new house" we had quite the scare! It was a normal day of Cole playing with his "Skylanders" making some imaginary story where there were mountains and volcanoes with exploding COINS....wait what?? Yes you heard me right...EXPLODING COINS!!
This sent my sweet Cole into a total tail spin of questions, concerns, anxiety and FEAR. We saw Cole in a way we have never witnessed before and I immediately started praying aloud over him. There was nothing I was doing, hugging, assuring, reasoning that was working for us at the time. When I prayed he calmed, Thank you God, but still was insistent he couldn't breath, was hurting in his chest...everything that made me think he had swallowed a coin and it wouldn't pass down.
The retired nurse in me went in to full swing and before I knew it we were driving to Dalhart. I tried to get out pedi and family doctor in Dalhart to right an out patient chest x ray and save us that trip to the ER, but no one was willing. So we spent a little over an hour in the ER with some of the sweetest nurses who Cole thoroughly entertained. It was amazing how once he saw his x ray with no coin in it, he was healed.

In the weeks since we have many more anxious episodes that we are working through. I have learned there are special ways we must approach certain topics of discussion. Parenting is a learning process and we are learning along with Cole during this season!
