Father's Day

 

Our family hit the JACKPOT when God chose Levi to be these boys  kids daddy.  He is the most patient, loving and hard working man.  He would do anything for this family.  I don't know how he has the energy to work as hard as he does and then come home and have so much energy to put into playing with the boys and cuddling with Haven.  To say we are blessed is an understatement.  We love you Levi and thank God everyday for you...

Ranch Rodeo

This past Saturday we took the kids to the Ranch Rodeo in Dalhart.  We made a swap for Karlee and mom watched Haven since it was so Hot.  She was a great play mate and Levi and I just got sit and watch.  The kids had a blast and so did we.  Afterwards, there was an outside concert and the kids danced and played and we got to enjoy so music.  It was a fun summer night!! 

Baseball Awards

Friday night we had awards for baseball.  This was Cole's last year in t-ball where everyone gets a trophy!  On to the big boy team next year! 

Eli played machine pitch this year and his team ended up second.  These two didn't want a serious picture together!

And Judson...well he took over Cole's trophy the second we got home and has taken everywhere with him since.  He is determined it says HIS name on it.  It doesn't it says Dalhart Youth Baseball 2015, but he doesn't have to know that.   He can't wait to play T-ball next year! 

Summer Has Started

Summer has officially started in our house and the first two weeks we're VERY busy!  We had swim lessons one week and the next week included basketball camp and VBS.  This has been the first week I feel like we have soaked in the summer schedule of late night and even later mornings.  I LOVE summer and having everyone home.  I'm going to do a large update of pics, because I desperately need to catch up.

Last Day of School

I can't believe how much Cole changed in a year!  His last day of school was full of fun...huge slip in slide, sponge fight, jumper and a hot dog cookout!  Such a fun way to end an awesome first year of school.

We were so blessed to get to have Aunt Nannie as our teacher, she was amazing and helped make our first year transition into school smooth!  On to FIRST grade!

Graduation

We officially have a first grader!  Cole graduated kindergarten this last week and we couldn't be prouder.  He has grown so much this past year physically, academically and in independence.

The school year was hard on us the first of the year, getting into a routine and it was so hard to not have Cole with me everyday.  But he LOVED school and his teacher was amazing!  That helped make the transition so much easier on us.  We loved watching him get smarter.  I love to hear him read!  

2 Month Update

Haven turned two months this week.  I seriously don't know where the time has gone, it seems like yesterday we were awaiting the arrival of Baby James! 

At 2 months she weighs 16lbs 2 oz. and is 24 inches long!  She is the weight of a 6 month old and the length of a 4 month old. She had a great well check and rocked her 2 month shots, barely a squeal!  

She eats every 3 hours during the day and is sleeping all night for a 8-9 our stretch.  She naps often during the day and is the sweetest little thing!  

She is cooing and smiling at everyone!  She is so happy and content!  She is very entertained with her 2 brothers and loves to watch them.
